Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Currently, we ship within Germany only.
After your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number (Track & Trace code) so you can follow the delivery status until your items arrive.

  • Small items (pin badges, gift vouchers): Standard mail, 2–4 business days

  • Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies): Parcel delivery, 3–5 business days

Returns

If you wish to return all or part of your order, please email us with your order number and the items you want to return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Return Policy Details

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed after this period.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging.

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, etc.)

    • Hygiene products and underwear

    • Hazardous or flammable liquids and gases

    • Gift cards

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Partial Refunds

In the following cases, a partial refund may be issued:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use (e.g., posters)

  • Damages or missing parts not caused by our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send a confirmation email.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

If Your Refund Is Delayed

  1. Please first check your bank account.

  2. Next, contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to appear).

  3. If you still cannot confirm the refund, please contact info@takumi-nine.com.

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Refunds apply only to regular-priced items.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact info@takumi-nine.com.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the refund.

  • Delivery times for replacement items may vary depending on your location.

  • For returns of items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the safe arrival of returned items without tracking or insurance.
