Our noodles and soup are made using water, flour, and seasonings sourced directly from Hokkaido, a region known for its clean air, rich nature, and exceptional food culture.

Noodles
60 Types of Flour and Natural Meltwater from Hokkaido
To create the highest quality noodles, we use a unique blend of over 60 types of flour, including flour specially made for ramen. Our noodles are imported directly from Nishiyama Seimen, a traditional noodle maker in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Additionally, our water comes from the pristine meltwater of Hokkaido, one of the snowiest regions in the world. Drawn from 200 meters underground, this alkaline natural groundwater is perfect for making exceptional ramen noodles.


Broth
Our ramen is made with a special broth featuring kombu kelp from Hokkaido, along with a variety of vegetables such as onions, napa cabbage, potatoes, and carrots, making it suitable for vegetarians and vegans. For those who enjoy a richer flavor, we also offer a version made with homemade chicken broth, infused with garlic and ginger, and slow-cooked for six hours to perfection.
